Operation Server Overwhelm
From one of the 'other' forums:
"On july the fourth, cut and paste the second amendment to a simple word document. mail it to every congressman, senator and the president. Do not add to it, do not inject your own opinion let the second do it's job as written. Contact every gun owner you know and get this one rolling. Contact the NRA and others. Move it or lose it." |

So, you want to shut down the White House, House, and Senate e-mail servers with a denial of service attack, and rub it in their faces that it was Second Amendment supporters? Brilliant, our representatives and senators will be sure to listen to us after that.
Don't count on my support, thanks.

Send your representatives and congressmen snail mail letters, those have more weight than e-mail....

If you have something to say to your representatives then by all means send them a message. But no one responds well to spam and that's exactly what this suggestion amounts to.
