Good news for DC carry

Also in California it was ruled that they could not prohibit both concealed carry and open carry. The courts said it was one or the other.

Maybe the pendulum is swinging back towards rational thinking when it comes to firearms.

Sorry moderator, I now realize I should have posted this in the general forum.

I would delete it, but I can't figure out how to do that.

The D. C. case, Palmer, is being discussed here.

The California case, Peruta, is old news at this point, and it was discussed here.
"It is long been a principle of ours that one is no more armed because he has possession of a firearm than he is a musician because he owns a piano. There is no point in having a gun if you are not capable of using it skillfully." -- Jeff Cooper
