Cleaning Ithaca Model 37
All my cleaning experience (and equipment) is with bolt-action rifles and S/S or O/U shotguns. I've bought an Ithaca Model 37 pump, and although the owner's manual only deals with cleaning the model in which the barrel can be removed from the receiver, said manual also mentions "fixed barrel models" which have barrels that "are not intended to be removed". And THAT seems to be the model that I have. Does anyone have suggestions about the method/equipment for cleaning this shotgun? I've contacted Ithaca but so far they're no help. Any help from forum users would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
