P95 FTE

Hi all!

I've been having FTE issues with my Ruger P95. cleaned chamber well, cleaned extractor hook with a pick, brush and Hoppes no.9. After one of the failures, I tilted up the pistol and tapped the side. casing wouldn't fall out, I had to pull it out. I'm wondering if the chamber diameter wasn't machined large enough? Any thought? For the record, this was a replacement barrel installed at the factory for a defect.
