I took my almost 3 year old with me to the blind this afternoon. I was hunting Axis and hadn't seen any when this Sika came walking up the creek. It was about a 170 yard shot, I have heard that they are hard to put down but I broke his back. Not the greatest antlers but a big bodied deer.

We had a good evening, and he wants to go back. I thought the shot might have scared him but he is a trooper.
