went shooting, got brass.

Ok I went to the range(friends house) for a couple of hours yesterday, When we got done shooting i did the nice thing and policed up all of the brass that i could find. Well i have just under 100 .357 mag cases (Remington bulk pack)
and 50-75 .45acp winchester bulk pack. If any of you guys want them pay shipping and yall can have all of them. Im in Ga about 50 miles outside of Sav.

I have about 1,200 9mm cases, 3,000 5.56 cases as well as others. I have never bought brass in these calibers.

Yeah, there's no problem scrounging 9mm, 5.56, .45, and probably .38spcl and .357mag. I reload the first 3 and have never bought brass.

I just wish there were more people shooting .380acp. I haven't had much luck scrounging that.

Dave R--On .38 and .357 brass--Almost all of that gets fired in revolvers, so it is not thrown all over the range as happens to semi-auto brass. Now, .38 Special brass is fairly common in the brass bucket--I guess the non-reloaders buy the WWB stuff and pitch the brass. However, it appears that people shooting .357 Magnums all reload, at least on the ranges I frequent. You just never find .357 brass. Well, almost never.

When I want more of that I have to buy it from Midway. But then I get Starline Brass, which is real primo stuff.

I use quite a bit of it, for bullseye pistol with my .357 S&W Model 586. So I always have my eye out for it at the range. Load it to .38 Spl levels, and it lasts almost forever.

Anyhow, don't bet on finding lots of good .357 Magnum brass.
