Camo Dip or Water Transferring

I'm looking at doing this to my M1A Scout, the whole package + the Scope, Mounts, bi-pod, cheek rest, magazines. going for ATACS (AU) Pattern

thoughts on this, is it a problem??

if not, who has done it and recommendation someone?

The only guy I know that does this is in central Florida.
He does great work and has some interesting patterns.
