Trainer question for Houston area members
Has anyone here ever taken training from, or had any dealings with this gentleman (Micha Ben-Baruch) who owns or operates Israeli Combative Training & Consulting (www.ictnc.com). Watched a live demo he put on the other day and was curious about opinions of others who had trained with him, declined to train with him (and reason), used as a consultant, substantiated background, etc. He also teaches a martial art and evasive driving techniques, executive protection, etc. He operates primarily in North Houston, Conroe area, I believe.
Thanks – TEX

Never heard of him. Having actually trained with the IDF, I must tell you that I find them to be highly overrated. They are way better than who they fight, but they do not compare to U.S. personnel. Israelis live a lot off of reputation that they self promote.
