Grips For Colt Magnum Carry 357
Anyone with a Colt Magnum Carry ?.....Will grips for Detec.Spl.II
("D" frame) fit the grip frame of MC. ??? Colt claims same frame on both guns. Has anyone changed from orig. rubber grip to after market wood grips on MC. ??? If so, would appreciate any feedback or help you could give. |

The Magnum Carry, the DSII, and the SF-VI were all built on the same frame and used the same stocks.

Most any grip made for any Post-1972 "stubby" frame Colt "D" frame or any of the three "SF" frames like the DS-II and Magnum Carry should work.
Note that there may be a slight mis-fit at the back strap due to individual polishing differences. Some of the older guns were polished more, so grips may not quite meet flush with the back strap on the "SF" frames. |
