Other Forum Hacked and Mirrored
Just an FYI. Another non-gun related forum that I visit was hacked in a very scary way. They hijacked the site and made a mirror copy on their server so that people were logging in on the hijacked site.
This site might be a prime target due to the nature of the site. I am just wondering if this site has updated security. |

Nope, wide open.
In fact, for a nominal fee, we issue entrance tickets to the malwareites who want to take us over. Just kidding, of course. I'm not sure of the details, but our tech guru seems to do a pretty good job at keeping the barbarians out of the gate.

The site was ReplicaPropForum. In addition to replica movie weapons, they discuss light sabers, Indiana Jones hats, Halo Armor...
I had noticed some odd messages in my security software. The site moved to a different domain and asked everyone in an email to avoid the old site (now somewhere in Russia). |
