FN and Winchester

Are the FN and Winchester actions the same..

Dunno, but the Winchester SXR and FN's FNAR look awful darn similar to me *cough*BAR*cough*.

Winchester Model 70 and the FN PBR use the same action, but the trigger mechanism is different. The Winchester SXR and the new BAR Lite Trac are essentially the same rifle, with minor differences.
