My converted custom Saiga12
All of the pictures: http://imgur.com/a/cjua2/all
I just got done with this Saiga12, tell me what you think? Took her out to the range last week and had no problems at all with high brass(Slugs & 00 buck), had some stove pipe jams with Low brass bird shot however(about 4 out of 50 Shells). When I first got it, It would FTC with Low brass 1/3 of the time. I polished parts of the bolt carrier and smoothed some rough edges and now Bird shot always cycles with an occasional stove pipe jam. Heh, nice.
You might look to adding the Gunfixr gas plug to help with the low brass stovepiping; it gives more gas settings for more flexibility. |
