Smith adjustable sight help-3rd Generation

I just aquired a used S&W 4506-1 that has the adjustable sights that are in pretty bad shape. Blade is bent as if it has been knocked into something. and the dots are gone. Where does one find parts to replace the blade or the entire sight. Or does anyone know the part # of this sight so I can look it up that way?
