Ruger PC-9 at 1,502 FPS with a Chronos 1.4

Took my new model PC-9 to the range today and had my friend sight it in while I filmed it with my Chronos 1.4. I hope you enjoy.

Darn thing would eject brass into the lens no matter where I had the camera.

Very interesting--looks like Ruger put a lot of thought into it. Wonder if I could convert it to shoot 9 x 25 dillon--I bet it would easily surpass 2000 fps--my guess significantly.

In the video it looks like the barrel nut is loose, it seems like the barrel bounces back and forth when the bolt slams shut. Is it supposed to do this?

I looked at one up close at a LGS today--struck me as an ingenious design--but remarkably heavy for such a compact gun.

Stagpanther I thought the same thing but after using it i like the weight. Feels better made with some heft to it and while not a hard recoiling rifle it is surprisingly more so then I expected. Not sure it would feel durable if it was the weight of a 10/22

Having recently had total shoulder replacement on my strong side, I welcomed the extra weight of the carbine.
