winchester 100 year?

I just bought a used winchester model 100 and the only number I can find on it is 2683.Can anyone tell me what year it was made? thanks. sj

These rifles were under a recall back in the early to mid 1990s.

Get in touch with Winchester to see if your rifle is affected.
