remington UMC slide/pump 22 ID needed

Help please. I inherited a "Remington UMC Trademark" slide/pump action rifle from my dad and I don't know what model it is (so I don't know what to look up to find out more about it). Caliber ".22 short.long or long rifle", "Remington UMC Trade Mark RW103825 Remington Arms Co. Inc. Ilion, NY Made in USA patents 1.481.638-1.628.548-1.682.704"

It's old, early 1900's ? wood half stock, wood slider handle.

Any information on this will help a lot thank you.
