.223 Speed Differences

Can anyone tell the difference of speed and power between a .223 coming out of 16 inch barrel and a .223 coming out of a 20 inch barrel?

Before anyone can help you need to provide a lot more info. Some of which is:

Exact bullet used
Bullet weight
Alltitude
Sight in distance
Drop out to what distsnce
Drop in moa or mils

Bla Bla Bla. Not as simple as you would like to think.
