Recoil control tips

Got any? I just push pull and squeeze a little, I've got to focus on this more.

Should I push pull like a mad man and try to squeeze the life out of my .40 cal glock 22?

No, I find a consistent relatively loose arm and locked wrist to be best. I also work on getting my gun to travel the same path with each shot. I also work to make this as straight back and forth.
