BHI Low Profiles Chest Rig opinion

Hello,
I 'm looking for a Chest Rig for me
I want to use it, to make courses of police intervention
I have seen the BHI Low Profiles Chest Rig (Made of 1000 denier nylon - Open-top pouches to hold oven ++M16/++M4 magazines with elastic and pull tab retention,
Three adjustable lid pistol magazine pouches - Three utility pouches to carry binoculars, GPS, digital camera, etc)

What I want ? : take in the Chest :
a Glock 17+ lamp in one of the pockets for M16 mags
3 Glocks magazines (17 rds or 19 rds)
1 surefire 6P
1 leatherman wave
1 mini medic kit
1 or 2 cartridges box (50x9para)
some utility pouches (monocular, Palm, mobile phone, digital camera)
and just ad a Rolly polly poche for "Dump pouche"

I don't want a modular like STRIKE or MOLLE.
I prefer a small compact low profile and full loaded than a big no low profile half loaded

If there are users of this chest of BHI, I would like your review.
Thanks

Low profile is subjective. IMHO no chest rig is low profile. With everything you want in it I would suggest a Molle rig you can customize to your needs. Look at Eagle or Tactical Taylor, much better quality, but quality costs more up front. I used a couple of the BHI rigs (strike and their 8 magazine low pro chest rig) I wasn't impressed, but they were better than nothing.
