Buck Tour

I took a tour of the Buck knife factory the other day when I was in Idaho, and was very impressed. I had no idea they were so large and had such production capability. The tour director said when they moved to Post Falls Idaho, they used 18...18 wheelers to haul all the machinery, and they have a bunch more of it now. They employ around 320 people and it's a busy place.
I understand they have surpassed 15 million of their 110 folder models since they started production of it...and they had racks of them getting finished up as we walked past one portion of the factory.
I am not a fan of anything Chinese, so I don't buy any...but most of their products are built right there in Idaho.
If anyone gets in the area, I sure would recommend taking the tour. It is very informative and interesting.
