Win 94 vintage sights help

Hey guys, thanks in advance.
If someone can inform me who made these or what period they came from would be great, heck even if it's just another forum to get more info.
I've tried the google searches and that's not turning anything up.

So I picked up a Win 1894 in 30wcf. Octagon barrel rifle stock old grey beard patina. It looks to be cut down at one point to 17.5 barrel length as there is no crown on the muzzle. My factory latter doesn't state barrel length just caliber and octagon. The sights don't seem to be original (although could be same period). The front is dovetailed in and the rear is a buckhorn but missing the inner slide, not the elevator.
Front site actually has a rotating blade on the frame side of the sight body which has a semi positive lock up when brought to center. It says Scott 2 on one side and patent dates on the opposite.

Rear sight has no markings I could see and seem to have a little darker bluing to it. The body and elevator (Pat 1901) share the same coloring but it is missing the little diamond type insert.

I would post your question on Gunboards Winchester section.

Couldn't find anything either. With those patent dates, those are old sights.

Good Luck!
