What Year did Pietta Change Cylinder Notch Size??
I have looked a lot for this exact Year...but cannot find the Year it took place...lots of info about the different sizes, But I cannot find what Letter Code is associated with this change.

I know they got new CNC equipment around 2000 but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Thanks Hawg.. I believe that the addition of the CNC was what changed there notches... Not sure how much stock they had so I wonder if there is a few revolvers out there with different notches, but with the same date code??. I have a "BL" (1998) with the narrow notches..

I dunno, I'm sure there were some. I had one made in 2000 with the wide notches but I also don't know exactly what year they got the CNC. I just know it was around 2000.
