Date and Approx Value of Win Mod 70

I do not have any reference material available and hoped I could get a date of manufacture and Approx value of a Mod 70.

Serial 631x
Marked .30 Govt '06
Blue worn, Williams Peep site added, stock looks refinished, bore looks good. Reciever is clip slotted.

Thanks for any information

As an early rifle and a pre 1964 action version it is worh more than a newer post 1964 model. It ought to shoot well too.
