Help Me Decide, Good Deal or not?
I came across an 11-87SP synthetic stock today at the local gun shop in perfect condition with the original 26" barrel, and a deer slayer barrel all in the original hard Remington case with all paperwork and 4 choke tubes including a rifled one.
Its an older model since it does not have the locking safety. The price is $585.00. What do you guys think? Thanks..

Here in South Carolina that would be a very fair deal to both parties. I have zero info on Delaware, but would not think that would be a bad deal anywhere.

Sounds like a horrible deal. Give me the number of that dealer, I'll deal with him.
Seriously though, its pretty good deal...I'd jump on it. |

bamf,
OK, I will give you the #, only if you pomise to go easy on him
Originally I was looking for an 1100 or an 11-87 to be able to start shooting some sporting clays with instead of my 870 and possibly start using the auto for Duck hunting instead of my 870 which will be my Deer Gun but with this already having a smoothbore deer slayer barrel I would be able to use this for Deer also. I can't afford to take it home right now since I have a Ruger heavy barrel varmint rifle that Im picking up in 2 weeks but I could put this 11-87 on lay-away and have it out by the time hunting season opens. I Just won't be able to use it for clays this summer
