Searching for a certain kind of range

I live in No. Va. My friend and I are trying to find a certain range around the D.C. Metro area. This range is Scenario based. You are walking down a street and there will be 20 civ and 12 criminal silhouettes popping out buildings or building props. Have to hit the 12 criminal targets. Only have three seconds to determine whether it is a criminal or civ target and fire. I know this kind of scenario is used to train federal, state, and local Law enforcement officers. Heard there is one for civilians. I guess you would call it a scenario based range. If anybody knows the name, address, and phone number of such a place around the D.C. Metro area ( No. VA, MD, D.C.), please e-mail me. Thanks. ([email protected])

Sounds like Hogan's Alley where the FBI trains. I also think its on a Marine base. That being said - I doubt its open to Civies.
