1911 conversion

Can I convert my loaded two peice guide rod 1911 to the gi version? And if so what do I have to have?

Sure. All you have to have is a GI plug. You use the back end of the 2 piece guide rod with the new plug and there you go. When I swap them out though, I go ahead and buy a new GI guide rod as well, but it's not absolutely necessary.
