In someones reply to a thread, they said that this forum was going to close shop!

I suggest a different title here... such as "Rumor check? Is there any danger of this forum closing down?"

I am the ONLY view you have so far.

By the way, I have not heard of such but it IS expensive and time consuming to own a forum like this. I have a couple of my own

What was the date on that post? Did it predate the December 2002 closing of this forum?

I'd have to go back and look.
I guess I'll know the answer if I can't find this forum at some point, won't I.
It would be a shame though.

At this time, there are no plans to shut down TFL. The LawDog Chronicles is an old thread that was resurrected recently by psycho nut. It pre-dates the 12/2002 shutdown of TFL.

Nothing to see here...
