My worst reloading experience?

Running out of bullets... running out of powder... running out of brass... running out of primers... or a combination of any of the above.

1) tiny primer tool for RCBS press is broken and I have no other way to seat primers

2) Last minute trip to the range, no time to go back home, must stop at range on the way to elk hunting. Load is too hot.
Primers falling out. Must use back up rifle, a 91/30.
