Colt Lawman age

I was wondering what the year of manufacture is on the Colt Lawman snubby I just picked up, the serial # is L785xx.
Any input is welcome.

Hi, MO,

If that "xx" is not "00", the gun was made in 1978. My list shows L78500 made in 1977, L78501 and up in 1978.
