Uniform recognition= uniform laws...
The main problem I have with uniform recognition of concealed carry permits is that it will almost certainly come with uniform laws to obtain a concealed carry permit. There are also longer term issues such as National Reciprocity being used as a vehicle for gun control...

I think that Trump has already said he will sign it. The hold up is with congress I think time would be better spent going after your congress critters.

Every law ever passed by any legislature has been full of flaws and unintended consequences.
As long as I'm dreaming, If I were King, there would be no need for permits to have a personal protection weapon. No restrictions for the citizenry, just like the criminals. Any thing less just perpetuates an alternate version of what we already have.
