Hi-Standard clip ID

Bought 3 clips off guy in package deal, the only way he would sell. I wanted the
HS clip for my HD Mil. Won't fit my gun. What model HS is this for? It's marked
Hi- Standard on base plate, stainless I think. The long clip is unmarked but 22
LR. Cal. have no idea what it's for. The rifle clip is Savage 23 B & C /32/20 25/20, looks to be original Savage made from logo. Maybe factory universal
Replacement?

Duck. The grammar police will be here shortly--frothing at the mouth and screaming that they are not clips, they are MAGAZINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ignore them.

The silver one sure looks like it should fit a HD Military. I think they were
plated--not stainless. Too lazy to go get one and try it with a magnet.
I'm sure someone will be along shortly that's more helpful than me.

If you want to sell that Savage mdl 23 32-20 Mag PM me---I could use one.

The one on the left looks like a slant grip Supermatic mag. Only shiny. Stainless, plated, blue stripped, I don't know.

Clips and Magazines

I'm from "Poduc" country. A clip is for boolits and a magazine has pictures of
pretty girls, even if some of them are your sister! Besides clip is faster to write.
And anybody who worries about trivia like this has never been in situation were
they had to get another "clip" in fast!

slant

As noted, the High Standard magazine is for a slant grip pistol. The military models have a different base plate.
It is possible to modify the slant grip mags. I have added the additional bit to a friend's slant grips so that he could use them in his military models. The part can be made from aluminum stock using hand tools.
