Have you thought to contact Larry Blackmon? I think his press is pretty close to the one you are looking for.

Blackmon is not out of business. He just doesn't ship many orders during competition season, and doesn't pay attention to his website or email. And, he hasn't had any presses available for a while. Last I heard, he was waiting on a new production run to be shipped to him.

I just exchanged emails with him the other day about getting some .224 dies and a press. He did not mention any issues other than the items were not in stock. Said to get back in touch with him next week.
