Anyone else having trouble with High Noon Holsters?

They used to be a great provider of holsters. Quality product, great service, fast turn-around. I ordered several holsters from them over a year ago and loved all of them and the service I received.

Not anymore. I ordered 2 new holsters over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. No holsters, no feedback, nothing. By their own website schedule, they should have arrived over a week ago.

Seems like NO ONE provides quality service anymore.

I ordered a paddle holster on the 15 of October from them. I am still waiting for them to send an E-mail to confirm that they have shipped it out.

This is the reply I received today

"Sorry for the delay. You are shipping today. The clips were backordered.

Not sure if you are aware of lots of our steel and concrete being sold to
China, in turn making the material harder to get here. I think Walmart is
opening stores there."

The clips were backordered? We're sending steel to China? WalMart is to blame?

This was enough to make my decision regarding buying more holsters from HNH.

I recieved an E-mail with a UPS tracking number today, so I should see mine thursday if all goes well. So in the end it took about three weeks, so I don't have to much to complain about. I've heard of some people waiting up to 3 months to get there holsters. If its quality is as good as I've heard I'll be pleased with HNH overall.

OK, the holsters came today

High Noon may not be as fast as they used to be, and their customer service is definitely less "user friendly" than it used to be, but the holsters are still the best made. I bought 2 IWB holsters that offer complete concealment (nearly all holsters advertised as "concealment" are not) and both are a perfect fit for the guns and the workmanship is of obviously very-high quality.

Conclusion - Continue to buy from HNH and just wait longer for a very good product.

Update on Holster

I recieved my HNH today. It is a great looking holster and I'm glad I purchased it from high noon. It took a little longer than expected, but after getting it, thats OK. I'll be posting a new thread going in to more detail soon.
