Looking for Burl Wood Grips...

I am looking for a set of Government 1911 (with ambi safety) grips in Burl wood. Preferably burl Maple, but I'll look at any burl wood (Thuya, anything).
If anyone knows where I can get a set, please let me know.
Attached is a pic of what I'm looking for. These are Maple.
Thanks.
Patrick

Go to www.brownells.com and search "Ahrends".

Best-quality, beautiful (have his Mayan Bloodwood on my 1911 (Caspian, of course).

thanks

Weshoot2,
Thanks for the tip. I knew about Ahrends. My gunsmith had already contacted Kim Ahrends, only to find out that they no longer make burl wood (in this case: Thuya burl) grips.

I'm still looking...

Found 'em !

Found someone who works with burl wood and makes grips:

http://home.att.net/~s.kolar/SKPhotogal.htm

Scott Kolar will make me a set of Burl Maple 1911 grips.

I'll be happy to show them off when I get them...
