Smith and Wesson Model 1000

I had a little mishap with my shotty. Short Story, concrete and wooden buttstocks dont mix. My Buttstock is in a several small pieces( not re-glueable). I am looking at it and the stocks look an aweful lot like a Rem 1100. Anybody know if I can replace my stocks with a synthetic stock from a Rem 1100?

I doubt it'll work, but I'm no gunsmith. Try Gun Parts Corp for a replacement, or Wenig. GPC will be cheaper.

HTH, and good luck...

I seem to remember something to the effect that they had a lot of interchangeable parts. FWIW, I'd hit Wal-Mart, get a stock and see. Ours has the synthetic stocks.

Or try - http://www.boydboys.com/home.html
