article on Civil War sharp shooting

Article on Civil War sharpshooting. Not by me but cites my work. There are a few minor things I don't agree with, but overall an excellent presentation. The author has a great collection.

The link takes me to the soldiersof the23rd regiment. I went to the home page of the site but couldn’t find an article about sharpshooting. Maybe I’m doing it wrong.

Sounds like an interesting subject.

johnm1, you just click on the link and it opens a pdf of the article. You should not be going anywhere else.

Learning to use an apple. It was the wrong link (dunno why it wouldn't change). I have since corrected it. I tender my apologies for all.

BTW, I was also researching on line the 23rd Indiana. There is one soldier in particular who dug a sniper's hide (burrowed into ground and had a peephole through which he shot Confederates).

Ah! The OP didn't show an edit, so it all looked original.

Interesting read, BTW!
