Anyone Used Steiner 7x50 Marine Binoculars?

If so, how do you like them? Are they very bright? I'm looking for some to be used at night.

I'm also considering the Nikon 8x42 ATB Monarchs for general use. Are the 7x50 Steiners a lot brighter?

Thanks.

I'm still using a pair of B&L's 7-50's that my Dad ripped off from the Navy in WWII. Still the best pair that I own. Huge and heavy, not bad as a spotting scope.

I have a few small models like Cabelas and I prefer to use my scopes.
