saxon arms percussion shotgun

my father inlaw showed me an old shotgun recently- it was an old double barrel muzzle loading shotgun, the only markings i could make out said saxon arms- have you heard of this company-its in pretty bad shape any info you have would be be appreciated i think he would get a kick out knowing the history of this company thanks harley
