Trying to locate?

A grip maker who did gun shows in the Southeast 20-25 years ago. A friend had some grips made of ground, bonded ivory W/ scrimshaw by a women with the name 'Phyliss Biggs' [as best he recalls ].Her address in Florida, and phone number are no longer good. If anyone [old timers] has any leads, we would really appreicate any help you could give us. After 20/25 years of use, my friend has decided he's satisfied with the quality , and wants 2 more sets.
Thanks for any help.
