how does the use of air drying case lubricants that get sprayed inside the case mouth not cause/increase set back and bullet jump when used with jacketed bullets?

Neck Tension. Or neck tension and crimp. If I understand what you are asking correctly.

I use Hornady One Shot and place around 100 .223 in a 1 gal plastic bag, spray in a few shots, roll the brass around. Then I dump it out on my bench, let it dry a few minutes and resize. I typically run the brass through the tumbler again for 30 minutes or so after I resize. I've had no issues using this method.

I use the same place them in the bag technique but without tumbling (dont have one) and it seems to work very well. My bullets are crimped also so that probably helps.

not sure why it doesnt affect it, but even with uncrimped .300 savage, never a problem with neck tension.... I crimp everything else....
