By the serial number, the gun is the Model 1908 standard model .32, made in 1910.

A very interesting pistol, as you know if you have looked at how they work. Takedown is by removing the magzine, locking back the slide then pulling forward on the trigger guard. Releasing the slide lets it and the barrel come forward off the frame. A weak point, as you may have found, is the relatively thin grips, made of gutta percha or "hard rubber" which becomes very brittle over time.

Quite a few of those were imported years ago when the British police had a voluntary gun turn-in program with amnesty. The guns were then sold to American importers. (In this last gun ban and forced surrender, the guns were either destroyed or rendered totally inoperable by welding. One minister was reported as saying that "this time" they were not going to arm Americans, who were all criminals. So much for our nice "English cousins".)

Try www.gungrip.com for grips. You may need to fit them a bit to fit around the recoil spring and lever.

Value, with perfect original grips and in new condition would be in the $700-800 range. Average condition with chipped grips will run around $250, with others about in between.
