1911 guys what is this frame
I just received 2 frames they appear to be 80% castings for a 1911 style pistol. The only markings are on the right side of the mag well. It is a circle cast into the frame AABERDEEN ARMORY this is wrapped around to large A's Logo I am quessing the frames are aluminum any Idea or knowledge of these? can they be mad into a shooter or are they just interesting paper weights? any help would be great thank you

frames
Sir:
I'm not familiar with the frames. However. if they are finished and holes all drilled - you could line them up with a Colt frame and if the holes are the same, yes, they could be built into 1911 clones. Harry B. |

They might be connected to the Aberdeen Armory. I belive it is located in Maryland but I may be wrong about that. You might do a search on it and see if the logos match up.
