Leupold VX-7L Scope information

Are these scopes being dropped and replaced by the VX-3L series?? I am interested in the VX-7L 4.5-18 X 56mm and would like information from any user.

i would say no! the two aren't even in the same class

the VX-7 is a higher end scope and i would look at the graybull before i made my pick
