Thermal weapon sights and customer service?

Most everything electronic is made or partially made off shore. Both political parties did this to US. PC are generally obsolete within just a couple of years. Their software may not be supported, which makes MS very wealthy because you have to upgrade.

With current political and civil unrest, I feel it is time to purchase a thermal scope and NVGs. It seems that ATN and Pulsar provide the best "bang for the buck," but too many have complained about ATN's customer service. I cannot find any any customer service reviews on Pulsar, FLIR, Trijicon or Armasight. CS, to me, is the most important factor to consider. There seems to be plenty of reviews about the products but not the product's CS. However, web sites like Opticsplanet do list reviews on specific products after purchases, but many of their products do not have any or very little reviews. ATN thermals seem to have CS issues, even though Opticsplanet sells quiet more ATN compares to other brands. .
