Best safe for pistols only

So I have a small to moderate pistol collection and I am in need of a proper safe. They are secured now, but want to move them into a better and more secure home. What would you all suggest. I am on a budget as we have a new baby in the house, thus my need for better arrangements than I have now. Thanks for the help.

You might get a full-size safe on Craigslist at a good price. That's the ideal, lots of room to expand, and storage for other valuables and papers as well. For cheap, you can get a filing cabinet or office locker and bolt and chain the heck out it. Also a home alarm system. Then save some bucks each month for a better safe.

How many pistols? Have you considered Harbor Freight Tools? They don't sell "gun" safes, but they do sell some smaller ones for reasonable prices. You will need to decide if you want fireproof or not.

If you go for the harbor freight option, look for the numerous 20% off coupons they send out (seems like weekly).
If you can't find one and want to go that way PM me.
