Ordered news AR10 from PSA

Here is the link to what I just ordered ... An AR10 (.308) from Palmetto State Armory

https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-...ept-rifle.html

$749 plus $17 shipping (plus tax) plus I'll pay my LGS $20 for xfer

the 18" stainless barrel is what I was looking for

the diamondback was $200 more than the PSA

looking forward to some long range plinking

We have a range near us that has targets out to 800yds

Good looking rifle! Do please post a range report. I'm kicking around the idea of an AR-10 build myself. PSA has great prices. I'd like to hear how it shoots.

I hope your shoots as good as mine does, I really like my AR-10 from PSA. Mine has a 20inch barrel and is a laser with Federal Gold 168grn BTHP. Look forward to seeing your range report.

Congrats--I'm sure you'll like it a lot. I like their EPT trigger so much I bought several of them for other AR's--you can get a reduced power spring kit and adjustable grip screw from KAW VP to really fine tune the group if you want into a very smooth 4 lb or so pull trigger which I would be very comfortable with hunting but still shoot for leetle groups from the bench.

Don't forget to clean her out thoroughly than lather her up good--probably reduce the likelihood of "OMG--brand new rifle jams!"

And be sure to clean the chamber and bore !

Looking forward to your results !

Looks nice plus the anti-gun folks will be glad you went with a "reasonable" caliber like the .308 and not the "high caliber" 5.56.
