What do I need to do to get my new Ruger 10/22 up to competition level? What, where will I find it, can I do it myself - if not where, and about how much should I expect to pay? Thanks.

Do a search for "hearn" on all forums and you;ll find the info I have previously posted about my competition 10/22s.
The work was done by Chuck Hearn
you can see a picture of it at:
