Is there a scope like the kahles ZF69 for .223?

Or can you use the ZF69 and somehow “easily” compensate for the different cartridge? I think I can get a ZF69 for a reasonable price so just wondering. I haven’t used rifles or scopes much (mostly handguns over the last 10 years) so if this is an ignorant question just let me know and please suggest some educational reading. Thanks
