Please identify this stock

I bought a Ruger M77 7mm Rem Mag along with some other guns the other day from a buddy that was down on his luck. He bought the gun second hand several years back and didn't know the origins of the stock. I have never seen one like this and there are no visible markings on it. It appears to be a synthetic that has been primed up to be painted. Including a picture I shot with my phone.
