Smith and Wesson

As if they were not satisfied with an excellent 1911 and a great AR15, now they've built beautiful side by sides and overunders. My American Rifleman came today and right on the cover..... Gotta have one.

I heard they are gonna be turkish with american prices. It will take a while before I get excited about them. It would be nice if they can make a quality product at the prices I've heard(sub 2k).

I have a shotgun that says S&W on the side...

I think it's japanese. I got it in the 70's or early 80's for not much cash at all, it holds 7 rounds, and although it's a single action-bar design it's slick as all-get-out.

How much are they selling these turkish wonders for?

According to Tom Gresham, the price on the grade 1 o/u's and s/s's are going to be in the $2100 range and the autoloader is suppose to be less than $800.
